Need help with an order?

For a delivery delay, missing package, damaged item, or digital-access issue, email info@fixedstars.store with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Describe what happened and include relevant photos if an item arrived damaged. Never send your full payment-card details.

If you received a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, check it for the latest carrier update. If tracking is unclear or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us so we can help investigate.

For a digital purchase, check your inbox and spam folder for your delivery or access email. If you still can't find it or the link isn't working, contact us with your order number.
